The idea was conceived and instigated by an accomplished cellist who was looking for something truly amazing in the world of endpins. Taking his design ideas to expert sound engineers, the team tested various combinations and designs before finally arriving at what you see here today.
Every endpin we create is handcrafted to perfection. Because of the labour involved in production, we only release very small numbers of ‘Reasonance’ endpins every couple of years. The flawless finish has an angular beauty that few can match, and with balanced stability and a range of angle choices, you can customise your experience to truly perfect your playing.

The ‘Reasonance’ endpin comes in a choice of three sizes. Choose from a corpus length of:
- M 25.5 to 26.5cm (total length from 29,5 to 42,5 cm)
- L 28.5cm (total length from 31,5 to 44,5 cm)
- XL* 32-35cm (total length from 36 to 50 cm)
*The XL model is specially created for the Scandinavian market, exclusively available for purchase at Toonika.
Find your perfect position
Customise your experience with three different angles. Choose to have your endpin completely straight, slightly bent or at a more extreme angle to suit your style. Create new levels of comfort in playing, and experiment with the effect on your sound to find the perfect position for playing.

Lightweight and durable, the cone has been designed to last. Made from synthetic material, this element measures 50mm outside and 9.5mm internally.
The quality of ebony, the strength of steel
The corpus has been engineered from the highest quality ebony wood, just like that use on your fingerboard, and is surrounded by metal edges for increased durability and strength.
